Tool 11

We can surely teach the components of digital citizenship on a day-to-day basis (literacy, safety, learning strategies, etiquette) and apply them in specific ways to the internet. It is also very important for children to be taught not to believe everything they read on the internet (or elsewhere). We do not want them to be so gullible as to be easily lead by untruths. They must be taught to think and question their sources of information.
